Returns & Cancellation Policy

All of our products are made-to-order and crafted specifically based on your selected customization preferences. For this reason, our return and cancellation policy is different from standard retail products.

Order Cancellation:

You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours (2 days) after production has started. After this period, your order will have already entered advanced production stages and cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the item has been produced and delivered.

Each bag is made specifically for you, including selected materials, colors, and specifications, making it unsuitable for resale.

Exceptions:

We will only accept returns or offer replacements if:

• You received a defective item
• You received an incorrect item
• The product was damaged during shipping

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and provide a suitable resolution.

If the issue is confirmed, we will cover all related costs, including replacement or return shipping.

All products are custom-made. Production typically takes approximately 20–30 days, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability.

Shipping Time:

Once production is completed, your order will be shipped and delivered within approximately 5–7 business days worldwide.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees generally range between $70 – $150 per package, depending on the destination, weight, and size of the package. Final shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly due to customs clearance or external logistics factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
