Bespoke & Custom Pieces

Looking for a rare leather, a specific colour, or a configuration not offered on the site? Our atelier accepts a limited number of bespoke commissions each season. Write to us at info@arvelleparis.com with the subject line “Bespoke Inquiry” and a description of what you have in mind.

Returns & Aftercare

If your piece has arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. Our team will arrange repair, replacement, or refund.

For long-term care or repair, our lifetime craftsmanship warranty covers stitching, hardware, and zipper repair indefinitely.
