Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds
At Arvelle Paris, each piece is meticulously crafted to order, tailored specifically for our customers. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we maintain the following return policy.
Returns Eligibility
As all items are custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Returns are only accepted in the case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during shipping
- Incorrect item received
Inspection Upon Delivery
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@arvelleparis.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A brief description of the concern
Resolution Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Repair of the item
- Replacement of the item
- Partial or full refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)
All resolutions are determined at our sole discretion after evaluation.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalised items (unless defective)
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or grain (natural characteristics of leather)
- Sale items or gift cards
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for processing
- Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by us only in cases of confirmed defects or errors
- We are not responsible for returns sent without prior approval
