Every Arvelle Paris piece is dispatched with care from our Miami logistics centre. Below is what to expect from order to arrival.

Each Arvelle Paris piece is handcrafted to order. From the moment your order is confirmed and your specifications finalised, production typically takes 3–4 weeks.

This timeframe includes:

  • Order confirmation and material allocation
  • Handcrafting by our leather artisans
  • Quality inspection by our atelier
  • Hardware finishing, stitching, and final assembly
  • Packaging in our signature presentation box

For pieces involving rare exotic leathers or intricate hardware, this window may extend slightly. Our concierge team will contact you directly if this is the case.


Carriers

We ship exclusively via DHL Express and UPS, with full tracking and insurance for the full value of your order. Signature is required on delivery for all pieces above $500.

Transit Time

Once dispatched, your bag arrives within 5–7 business days worldwide. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details the moment your order leaves our atelier.

Prices on our website are listed in USD and exclude taxes and duties. Depending on your destination, you may be required to pay import duties, local taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Arvelle Paris cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, though our concierge will assist with documentation if needed.


If your order has not been delivered within 40 days of shipment dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund. Our team will work alongside you throughout any delay caused by customs procedures, weather disruptions, or carrier issues.

For lost or damaged shipments, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery at info@arvelleparis.com with your order number.
