What is Arvelle Paris?

Arvelle Paris is a made-to-order luxury handbag maison. Each piece is crafted individually upon order, in small batches, by leather artisans we have worked with for years. We do not hold seasonal inventory — every bag is built for the client who ordered it.

Are your products authentic?

Every Arvelle Paris piece is an original Arvelle Paris design, crafted by our atelier from our own materials. We do not produce replicas, imitations, or unauthorised versions of any other brand’s work. Each bag ships with a numbered authenticity card, a leather-bound care guide, dust bag, branded box, and our lifetime craftsmanship warranty.

Where are your bags made?

Our pieces are crafted in our partner atelier and shipped from our Miami logistics centre. All exotic leathers are sourced under CITES certification from suppliers operating under verified international conservation standards.


How long does production take?

Each piece is made to order. Production and delivery together take approximately 3–4 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed. This includes order confirmation, handcrafting, quality inspection, packaging, and international transit.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Modifications and cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, production has begun and changes are no longer possible. Please write to info@arvelleparis.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Can I commission a custom piece?

Yes. Our Customization Process allows you to specify the style, size, colour, leather, hardware finish, and zipper. For rare colours, specific exotic leathers, or configurations not listed on the site, please contact our concierge directly at info@arvelleparis.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely; we do not store your payment information.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We deliver worldwide via DHL Express and UPS, with full tracking and insurance included on every shipment.

How will my bag be shipped?

Every order ships via insured express courier with full tracking and signature confirmation on delivery. You will receive tracking details by email once your bag is dispatched.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

Prices on our website are listed in USD and exclude taxes and duties. Depending on your destination, you may be required to pay import duties or local taxes upon delivery — these are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order has not been delivered within 40 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund. Our concierge team will assist throughout any delay caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.


What is your return policy?

Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We do accept returns in cases of manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item received — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@arvelleparis.com with your order number and clear photographs.

How do I care for my bag?

Each piece ships with a leather-bound care guide specific to its material. As a general principle: store your bag in its dust bag when not in use, keep it away from direct sunlight and humidity, and avoid contact with light-coloured garments. Our atelier offers complimentary lifetime craftsmanship repair for all Arvelle Paris pieces.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
