You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours of production beginning. After this window, your order will have entered advanced production stages and cannot be cancelled.

Due to the bespoke nature of each piece, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an item has been produced and delivered. Each bag is made specifically for you and is not suitable for resale.

We will accept a return or provide a replacement only in the following cases:

We offer worldwide shipping via premium express carriers including DHL and UPS, with complimentary insured delivery on all orders.

Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched and delivered within approximately 5–7 business days worldwide.
